How To Lick a Bowl

Something light and frivolous today –  an “awwww” moment!

These delightful photographs would have been lost had the puppy been chased away but

thankfully, the photographer thought outside the square.

Enjoy these special moments of “naughtiness”!

Mmm, smells good, need more licks of this stuff!

Gotta get me some more!

Gotta gets all of me in here

Ahhh heaven .... naughty but NICE!

Guess it must be bath-time now!

So the next time you see your pet doing something “naughty”,

grab a camera instead of scolding – you may just be lucky enough to get that one-in-a-million shot!

I wish I could claim credit for these photographs, but I cannot, they were sent to me by a friend, and are too good not to share.

Are you a keen photographer?

Do you take your camera with you everywhere you go, ready for

one of those”once in a lifetime” shots?

I do . . . .  and I’m still waiting!

    • I can’t imagine life without a dog! They bring a lot of joy into our life.
Thanks for stopping by Jennifer, it’s always nice to see a new face; hope to see you again on my blog.

  1. These pictures remind me of the story of Hansel & Gretel! The Gingerbread house enticed the children just as the bowl of tasty batter and pile of loose flour on a table located outside are surely left for puppy to find and create the photographic moment. Let’s hope it is to capture the photographic moment and not for eating battered puppy bits! :-) Very good job to your friend and cute puppy!

    • Haha, I don’t think battered puppy bits would be very nice. I like your comparison of these pics to Hansel and Gretel; temptation can be very strong sometimes!

  2. Yep! Truly one of those awww-moments!!! :) and yes, I’m one of those who always bring my camera, waiting for that perfect shot …still waiting :)

I’m often thinking of my first cat Hadassah … each time I brought out a big, heavy iron pot I had, in order to make a pot roast — as soon as I looked away, she jumped up on the counter top and placed herself in it. I wish I’d had a camera back then, her gray fur was hanging out over the blue enamel…

    • Oh Rebekah, that would have been one of those “special” shots indeed – I can just imagine it – the gray fur against the blue of the enamel pot! What a shot . . .
We will both have to keep trying – and always have the camera to hand!

Penny for your thoughts . . .
