Just like a human child, this foal finds comfort in his mother’s lap!
Someone sent me these photos and I just had to share them!
This is a newborn offspring of Taskin, a Gypsy Stallion owned by Villa Vanners of Oregon .
These pictures were taken immediately after his birth on April 6, 2009.
The mare laid down, and then he trotted around and crawled right up into her lap!
Some pictures just don’t need captions.
There is nothing like Mom’s lap no matter who you are.

Wow, you had horses! My grandfather did too, so I was brought up with them; they are such a beautiful and majestic animal, probably one of my favourites.

They are gorgeous, I have never seen a horse and foal like that before with the foal laying in Mums arms so to speak, very, very nice.
I also had a look at the video, very good indeed.
I enjoyed the video showing the father – he is so majestic; perhaps his son will grow up to look like him!
