There are lots of other plants that are poisonous to our pets Snoopy, and it seems a lot of our buddies here don’t know this, so I’m putting a post together about it so that they can be aware of any dangers lurking in their house or garden.
Apparently, there are lots of plants that are toxic to pets Mags. It’s best to be forewarned; cyclamen is another plant which is poisonous to cats and dogs.
Yes I did know about cyclamen being harmful for dogs. In the last house we lived in there were 2 cyclamen plants and they were the first things I got rid of, as of course we had a dog,
But I didn’t realize that some plants are harmful to cats as well. You just have to be so careful.
Good advice. I keep no plants at my house because I am sure kitty would eat them.

I knew about the lilies, but recently read somewhere that Cyclamen were also dangerous to cats.
Yes Sami, the root of the cyclamen plant is poisonous to both cats and dogs if ingested.

Cats seem to get into everything, so I can’t blame you for not having any plants in the house!
