Consider, if you will, the sartorial importance of tail attire.  To bare, or not to bare… that is the question.  The answer might seem to be of little consequence, but for marsupials living in cities and suburbs some strategically placed fur can make all the difference.

  1. I think both types of possums have the cutest faces. I’ve never considered them rodents, just cute little animals that run around at night! They’re rather shy in our neck of the woods.

  2. Oh what an adorable, little animal, Barb! I do understand, that they can present a bit of a problem, if you get them in the ceiling, though :)

It’s so interesting to read about all the different animals you guys have there in Oz! :)

Oh yes our wonderful possums. They are beautiful and they are cute, but it took us months to get a possum out of our roof, we have heaps around here even though we are in the city limits, then of course we had to clean up in the roof. :)

  4. So adorable, what a precious little creature, so sweet. Thank you for posting this..hope all is well with you Barb, we are having rain today, sun tomorrow and then cloudy and rainy all week, outside of Washington, DC…but we need the rain. Such a curl up read a good book and have a nice cup of tea weather and the temp is chilly.

    Be well

    • They do look very sweet, but can also be a problem when they get into the roof space; they are so noisy! We are all good here Cathy, enjoying some cooler weather now we are in Autumn.
